As long as I have HootSuite, I’m happy.

The only one I use is Friend Or Follow. I find it essential to break ties with those who follow me just so I would follow them and once they have me they unfollow.

I’ve used Friend or Follow to clean up my stream. I used to use TweetDeck a lot. Now I tend to just use regular twitter enhanced by PowerTwitter. I’ve used a few others, but I’m not on there that much to worry too much about it.

Frankly, I don’t know what the need to track the folks that don’t tweet often enough, he said, defensively. Follow/unfollow I get. If anything, there are people who seem to tweet too much; they are ex-bloggers, generally speaking.

I like UnTweeps, I used to use the Huitter Mutuality tool to unfollow people but the tool is defunct. Hootsuite is my favorite web based twitter tool, I wish they would add bulk follower related functionality to the program though.

Don’t worry about it, Don. Twitter is slowly going down a road it can’t return from to no fault of its own…other than their lack of generating revenue and other tools formed left and right to compete with it.
I’d be surprised if Twitter is around in 2 years.

Tweetbeep and untweet are ones I’ve never heard of but the look very useful. I just removed someone who was an avid tweeter but now hasn’t tweeted since August. There’s no value in keeping someone like that.
