With that said, Bloggertalk.net is looking for Guest Bloggers.
Why not reach a new audience.

I am looking for posts of any length – as long as the article is helpful to readers.

The blog may have no PR, but the main site has 1901 registered members and receives 1057 visits a day.
It won’t take long to get traffic then everyone will want to guest post.
