But is there a “hot” toy that was worth it when the dust settled, or when more supplies became available? If I could not get Tickle Me Elmo for Christmas, maybe it’d be available for the next birthday.
I’m big-time suspicious of hot toys, as you may surmise.

Yep, the girls want ZhuZhu pets! I managed to snag three of the accessory kits (tunnels, wheel, car) and my mom tracked down two hamsters. This was over a month ago. We’re all set!

Oh, the accessories — those tubes, how cute! We had a real hamster which did not work out so well, so maybe this one will be it. Does he play the hamster dance song as part of his sound effects?
I wonder if our daschund would eat him, tho?
