Today is my daughter’s birthday. She would have been 17 today, had she not died during open heart surgery. The pain may lesson over time, but the memory remains.
It doesn’t seem that long ago. I remember it like it was just yesterday. It is hard to believe that 17 years have already passed since my daughter left this heavenly earth. My faith in God gives me hope that we will be reunited someday.
