If you read the post below this one then you will know that I recently celebrated my 40th birthday. I was reflecting on what I had accomplished in 40 years, and the members of my writing community Todays-woman.net reminded me with their gift of kindness.
They showed me just how much I was appreciated by the way of lovely birthday poetry and this beautiful bouquet of birthday flowers.
It was unexpected and made me feel very special. I can’t thank them enough. Their kindness really touched my heart.

Birthday isn’t about counting our aging period, instead to remind us the blessings we’ve had; and a beautiful gift from God so that our friends/communities are reminded to bless us with their wishes and prayers. ^^
