We went to visit our puppy today. She’s change so much in the last week. She’ll be ready to come home with us in just two weeks. She is 4 weeks old today.
She’s so precious. I’m really looking forward to bringing her hone. I hope the snow holds off, so I can play with her in the leaves.
We went shopping for her yesterday. I want to get her one of those little jackets. Have any of you seen the dog strollers for small dogs? I don’t plan on purchasing one, but I think they are cute.

Awww! Thanks for brightening up a rather gray day. She is adorable.
I’ve seen people with the dog strollers, and while I thought it was a little odd, it certainly kept people from rushing up and trying to pet the dogs. Not a bad idea for dogs not used to large crowds.
Are your kids looking forward to having a puppy around?

She gets cuter every week. I have never understood why people put jackets and sweaters on dogs, after all they have built in coats. Is it because it’s cute, or is there another reason for it? Perhaps someone can answer this for me.

An answer for Tammy: I know for some small dogs, especially the short haired ones, they don’t have enough body heat to keep them warm in cool weather. Chihuahuas shake all the time because they’re either cold or wanting attention. Most puppies are the same way. At least that’s the practical reason. Some people put clothes on their pets just because they think it’s cute.

Thanks Erin! Tammy, Erin is right. Smaller dogs get cold easily.
