Sometimes when we blog we run out of ideas for posts. Finding things to blog about is really not that hard.
When you’re stumped for posts, try these suggestions:
1.Create a list. (Ex: A list of your favorite quotes) (THe Health Benefits of sex)
Create a list of your favorite past post.
2. Share a joke. (Willie Nelson Died)
3. Blog about a strange holiday. ( National Hamburger Day and Hug Your Cat Day)
4.Blog about a strange gadget. (BananaBunker- Banana Condom)
5. Blog about something in the news. (Bindeez Bead Craft Toy Recall)
6. Blog about weird and wacky news. (The Vagina Lady and Velvet Vulva purses)
7. Write a tutorial. (How to post) (How to Setup Gravatars for your Blog )
8. Do a “Meme” post. ( The View from my Front Door)
9. Share something insperational with your readers.(Rose DesRochers on Life and What We’ve Learned )
10. Review your statistics and blog about the strange search terms that lead people to your blog. (Strange Search Terms )
11. Write a review.(Website Grader SEO Tool Review )
12. Write a post about a fellow blogger. (Elderbloggers- Older Bloggers in the Blogosphere )
13. Post a rant. (Drivers Rant- Bad Drivers- Speeders)
14. Create an award and pass it on to other bloggers. (Top commenter award.)
15. Ask your visitors to delurk themselves. (Delurk yourself)
16. Interview a fellow blogger. (Rose DesRochers interviews Lorelle on WordPress)
17. Make a list of useful resources. (Free Clipart for your blog)
18. Blog about an A list Blogger. (John Chow from Nobody to Somebody)
19. Blog about a strange website.(Moan My IP – Moaning Ip)
20. Repost old posts that received no comments.
21. Have a guest blogger post on your blog. (How to Install Wordpress both Manually and with Fantastico )
22. Conplain about some spam you received.(Advertising company Gr-Ads-Something Smells Fishy)
23. Blog about a contraversial issue. (Ban Miss Bimbo)
24. Ask your readers a question. (What law would you change?)
This list is a combination of things that I have blogged about. (Notice the links to my posts?) Hopefully you’ll find something in the list to help you when you’re stumped for things to blog about. (Just don’t copy my posts or I’ll hunt you down.)

Actually, I’m almost never bereft of things to write, only things to write in the time available. Any time-altering ideas in your bag of ideas, Rose?

Thats a nice list of Posting ideas Rose, I have copied it and tacked it to my wall—-hmmm I havn’t done a meme in a while, maybe its time to put another together and send it out ? I have to laugh I remember a few short monthes a go that I thought the word Meme” was a some canadian word for quiz——you straighten me out on that lil piece of ignorance on my part—thanks.
