I've discovered that I am most likely to stub my toe when something near the surface I run into is misplaced. e.g., my daughter's scooter's in the path, and I avoid it, only to run into the base of the fireplace. So, I have felt your pain. Many times. Many times.

You must have been obnoxiously loud, to have provoked a serenity fountain into attach mode??. Least you aren't having to submit to the series of painful rabies shots. I hope this will teach ya not to taunt and provoke sereenity fountains in the future.

Yeah, I have busted a toe by stubbing it. But that is the price I pay for wearing shoes as seldom as possible.

I feel for you, toes really hurt.

To answer your question, yes. The baby toe on my left foot. My socked foot slipped out from under me and stopped at the table leg. Half of my foot was black and blue, and my toe was swollen to twice it's normal size.

I've never broken my toe, but it's been awfully bruised, a few times, by running into a chair my mom and I had in our living room.

I hope you feel better. Ouch!
