What not to do with your Mp4 player
What happens when a mp4 player meets with your washing machine and then your dryer? I can tell you that it is not a pretty picture. If you don’t believe me then see for yourself.
I accidentally machine washed and dryed my daughter’s mp4 player. That’s what happens when she leaves the thing in her pants pocket and I don’t check the pockets. I guess the warranty doesn’t cover that.
I did this last week.
Wait until you hear what I did today to the white dog from Polly Pocket’s Magic Movin’ Ultimate Clubhouse. I think I’ll save that post for tomorrow. I’m still laughing.

LOL – I would love to read a post on your daughter’s thoughts on this subject (in her own words of course).
Reminded me of my neighbor recently telling me about how she left a Kleenex in a pocket and it disintegrated and left so much lint on all the other clothes and in the filter. Quite the tragedy from her point of view.
All the while I’m thinking I don’t get too concerned unless I realize when I open the washer that I have forgotten to empty the pockets that contained 8-10 gummi bears of various flavors, a small can of 3-in-1 oil, that piece of paper that had the phone number of a certain lady I happened to meet but have no idea how to get in touch with without the number, plus a purple magic marker with the cap off (permanent marker, mind you).

my biggest disaster , clothes washing wise, was early in college—-washed my clothes whites and coloreds together—-and yes alone with the new bright red sweatshirt—my entire inventory of tidy white underwear, briefs, t-shirts, white socks—-a really great shade of PINK—-I was one starving student for a couple months as I had to get all new underwear, no way was I gonna be caught wearing pink underwear—

Gary that reminds me of the time my husband washed my clothes with a green army bag. It turned all my bras and panties a nice shade of yellow.
Then there was the time he turned my bra gold. This Golden Bra was not worth no 1.9 Million.

Baker, my daughter is much too busy trying to get out of the huge mess she just got herself into to blog.
Her reply to the mp4 incident was- “Don’t feel bad Mom it was my fault for leaving it in my pocket.”
