19 Years of Marriage - Anniversary in Gananoque

I apologize for my absence from the blogosphere. I have a very good reason for not blogging. Yesterday was hubby and I’s 19th wedding anniversary. Sunday, the children sent us to an overnight stay in the beautiful city of Gananoque, Ontario. Better known as the “Gateway to the Thousand Islands.”

We didn’t see a lot of the city as our evening was spent in the hotel room. (Insert evil grin here) The jacuzzi was great.

I do have a few photos to share with my faithful readers. Monday, we did some shopping in Kingston, Ontario before coming home.

These photos were taken at Confederation Park in Gananoque.

How romantic!! Glad you enjoyed each others company…every anniversary reminds you of the fact that, each of us were born and brought up in different surroundings and cirumstances..and we tie the nupital knot with a person not similar to us but entirely different and we learn to adjust (and get them to adjust ) with each other! We usually tend to forget about the significant other in our run to meet through deadlines…and anniversary is the best time of the year when you can sit down and be together! Happy you had the time for that
