Thrice I have to change my order because after a week when the gift was not shipped I checked with them & they realized that they did not have the product in stock. 2. Once they have lost my email. Apparently they did receive my email to reship the order. 3. After making mistakes they informed that some manager would call me, but they dint even do that. 4. i am suggesting x product & they were tell me something else. They did not have any clue as to which product I ordered. Bottomline today I canceled the product after wasting one month & ruining the surprise.
