I thought I’d wish everyone in Canada a Happy Thanksgiving.
Did you know that up until 1957, parliament announced a different date for Thanksgiving every year? (Just a little bit of interesting Canadian history for you.)
Enjoy your turkey and whatever else you are having. If you’re Canadian how are you celebrating this weekend?
I had Thanksgiving dinner yesterday with Shawn and the children. Tomorrow it will be left overs.
Dinner was delicious. Shawn and my son prepared dinner. My dear husband just happens to be an excellent cook.
You’ve probably experienced each Thanksgiving going around the table and everyone saying what they are thankful for. We do this in my house every thanksgiving.
I’m thankful for my family, who give me their constant love, and support.
Whether your Canadian or not, it’s nice to be able to share your thoughts. So I ask you dear reader what are you thankful for today?
If you liked this post, why not buy me a coffee?

I’m always thankful for my wife of 35 years and for two daughters who made it through their teens and early twenties without succumbing to some of the pitfalls that so many people fall prey to.

I hope your Thanksgiving was nice and I’m thankful for friends like you, Shawn, and the kids and my family too so that’s what I’m thankful for
