I have also heard of the name Shithead. I wanted to name Walter "Ripley" after Ripley's Believe It Or Not but the family nixed that idea. My friend was calling roll in her elementary class and nearly had a heart attack when she saw the little girl's name. True story! I used to work in a school admissions office and I've heard of all sorts of unusual names. Some of them were really nice, but others (like Shithead) are just a little too far out there.
