Although I don't have any children myself yet, these kind of things anger me immensely. The law is impotent to act in cases like this, and yet in other areas there are some crazy legislations that seem almost draconian if you say or write the wrong thing. The cops can't do anything, yet. Surely, there is some sort of law there against targeting kids to photograph them without any sort of permission from their parents.
