Crackers over the keyboard Day

Becky Roberts offers a list of what foods you should avoid snacking on while at the keyboard. I did not see crackers on that list and today just happen to be ‘Crackers over the keyboard day.’ I kid you not!

Thursday, Aug 30 is “National Toasted Marshmallow Day.”

Don’t forget to pick up your Marshmallow Rotisserie , perfect for s’mores. I think marshmallows would be kind of messy to eat at the computer. What do you think?

    I really don’t think I should answer that question. But, I did spill a whole coffee over my laptop and fried it.

    oh this is sublime.
    the feeling.
    not the friggin band.

    i adore mystery holidays. used to work for a TV station and kept their online calendar up to date.
    f*&^ their actual programming.

    oh hell. this may be why i am self-employed now.

    Keyboards are a breeding ground of bacteria, so I wouldn’t eat anything if I were you! I’ve also got a Cutline theme – where do you get all those cool plugins (flag/browser, linking box)

    I took my laptop in for repairs — I forgot to shake it out before I did… They removed the keyboard while I was there…. Let’s leave it that it that it wasn’t quite as full as those little non-powered palm sized vacuums they advertise that wipe across your table to pick up crumbs. Toast! Toast is probably not as bad as marshmallows, at least.

    I don’t eat at the computer but will sit with a cold beer or something else to drink. Luckily I haven’t had any spills. Now please excuse me while I go find a piece of wood to knock on.
