The video has become something of a hit already receiving more than 2 million views.

Well I’d say that she fumbled that.
“I didn’t do anything wrong. I wasn’t expecting (the question). I lost my train of thought.” she told South Carolina’s The State newspaper.
Miss Teen South Carolina will get a chance tomorrow to answer the question once again when she appears on NBC’s Today Show.

Personally, I laughed my guts out enjoying the humor of that video. I also thought of her as a person and felt compassion for her.
I know zillions of teenagers who talk like that. She is just a young woman!
I hope she is able to laugh at herself and move on with her life enjoying the experience.

I genuinely think she was really nervous. I felt it.
I don’t think she’s dumb at all. Nerves just got the better of her. And who can say that hasn’t happened to them before. (Just not on live TV).
