It is extremely difficult to get reciprocal links.

On my site, I've found that the best one for that naturally is an article I posted helping Xbox 360 owners with their NAT settings.

Unfortunately this doesn't have a lot to do with the rest of my site. lol - I should have setup a seperate website in retrospect

Hmm. My problem is that although I write well, I write really long posts. I'll bet readers feel intimidated by my blog

Not only do I not know what a reciprical link is, I can't even figure out how to add my link to Funny Monday, lol. I should just give up now.

Carl you already write well.

Mike I have asked for reciprocal link partners for my community, but not my blog.

Karen, I'm glad that you dropped by my blog and I think that you have a great take on the issue.

I don't know. I have a different take on this whole link issue. I definitely understand the importance of links (moving up the blog-food chain and all), and I definintely agree that a quest for links is an obsession with some bloggers, but for me? I honestly don't care. I blog because it balances the logical side of my brain - it's fun and my venue to get creative. It always tickles, and amazes me, that people read my blog at all considering most of what I post is pure nonsense or a record of my life so that I won't forget it. (I have a terrible memory).

It's certainly an awesome feeling when the stats go up, but it's definitely not something I think a lot about.
