Many bloggers on blogspot have reported that they cannot see updates to their blog after publishing.
The reason for this is because your browser stores copies of your blog in the browser cache on your computer. On return to your blog it loads quickly, because it retrieves your blog from the cache copy rather than from the internet.
This can be very frustrating for bloggers who frequently update their blogs.
If you’re not seeing the changes you’ve made to your blog or your recent posts then at the end of your blog’s url type a question mark ‘?’ without the quotation marks and hit enter.
EX: http://rosedesrochers.todays-woman.net/?
This forces a fresh copy of your blog through a proxy cache to your browser.
This does not refresh the cached copy of your blog. It just adds another cached version of your blog to your computer.
If you need to request a fresh copy the second time, you can add another string after the question mark.
Ex: http://www.rosedesrochers.todays-woman.net?#
If this doesn’t work in order to see changes to your blog you may need to manually clear your browser cache.
For instructions on how to clear your browser cache, please see Why aren’t my updates appearing on my Blog?

I dont not have this problem as I am on Wordpress on my own host… I just have to wait for the Adsence adverts to load up on a new post due to it being crawled by the Adsence bots.

Hi, Rose
As far as my blog is concerned, it seems to update ok. I had this problem but a friend told me it could be solved by inserting the following into your HTML:

Best wishes,
