The other day I started a discussion on a discussion site regarding those rate me sites and do you think I’m pretty posts we see on network sites.
I received two replies that shocked me. One from a girl who was not sure why anyone would bother rating me- ouch my feelings are so hurt- NOT!
The other came from a young gal who said I was a “7″ or “8″ because I had children. Geez, yah I’m used goods now. You know I popped out three kids and all. After being a baby machine, I went from a ten to a seven. Having babies takes its toll on the beauty thing and all.
Yes, you can sense sarcasm here in my post. In my opinion beauty can not be rated on no darn scale. My post was meant to be sarcastic and humorous, but it is so nice to know where I rate. ROFL
If you liked this post, why not buy me a coffee?

I always tell my daughter that she is beautiful on the inside and the outside. I stress that because it is truly who we are and not what we are or how “beautiful” we might or might not be.

It’s interesting that the only responses you got were from young women. Not sure what that means but it interesting. I have also had three kids and whether or not I’m beautiful became rather irrelevant once I had kids. No matter what I look like I have three little human beings who think I’m pretty nice to have around. I think their opinion is more important than some little vain adolescent’s opinion. I bet your kids feel the same way.

I’ve had 5 babies, so I’m afraid to know how I rate. I agree with Karin, our kids rating us high is more important then what some young girls think. It is interesting to think our rating goes down based on us having kids.

Yes my friend real beauty can’t be measured on any scale it’s rated by the beauty you have inside your heart ((HUGS))
