I have been away from my blog for several days now and I just wanted to apologize for my absence. Thank you to Viola for caring and emailing me to see if everything was ok.
Things are fine. We had an issue with my son’s school involving a teacher’s misconduct and his verbally abusing students.
On Wednesday I had to babysit. Thursday, I started providing respite care for a little girl. Respite care is a service that provides a break for parents who have a child with a disability or serious illness.
It has been a busy week. I’ve also been addicted to Mylot, so again my apologies for my absence. It is nice to know that I was missed.

Whats Mylot? Is it some form of chocolate? I could get addicted to it too, if it was made of choclate.
I’m glad you’re back…life happens sometimes and it takes us away from our blog…and thats ok…we do appreciate when you come back and tell us how you are.

Your son is lucky he has you in his corner! As for the respite care, I personally know the value of it and thank you for doing it for someone, it is one of the most helpful things someone can do if capable. I haven’t dared to go on Mylot since you wrote about it other than a quick peek, I KNOW I won’t be able to get away from it once I start. . . . Now, I know I was right. Blog away, Rose, we are suffering withdrawal.
