- Having sex also helps to relieve pain, including headache pain.
- Regular sexual activity boosts testosterone and estrogen levels.
- A lot of lovemaking can unblock a stuffy nose.
- Sex once or twice a week boosts your immune system.
- Sex is great exercise. It stretches and tones almost every muscle of the body.
- Sex relieves stress. It makes a person less irritable.
- Regular sex increases, the level of female hormone, reducing the risk of heart disease.
- Men who have sex three times a week have a decreased risk of developing prostate problems.
- An active sex life helps us live longer. A study of 3,500 people ranging in age from 18 to 102 concluded that sex actually slows the aging process.

Umm, great topic.
Only downside to using sex to “cure” headaches is that I’ve noticed once the endorphin rush is over, the headaches come back with a vengence. So, the trick is to take the Tylenol (Advil, etc.) which you know will take some time to kick in then hop in the sack and have great sex. By the time the endorphins wear off, the pain meds will have kicked in.

Hmmm. Let’s see… 150 calories per hour…10 minutes is 1/6th of an hour…Eureka! I burn 25 calories on average, every time I have sex. Cool.
Twice a year, and that’s…scribble,scribble…50 calories a year! I’ll be thin in the year 3456.

hmmmm I feel great and havn’t had sex in months. What about women who have no hormones… ie. I had a hysterectomy 4 yrs ago and I don’t think of sex very often…!
I guess the intimacy of sex is important too as well as the physical and mental benefits..PS I am back!
