To answer your question one of the individuals lives in Alabama. We have spoken to authorities in that district and we were told that they would speak to the person, but unfortunately they say that it is a civil matter. There is no U.S. federal cyberstalking/harassment law. The other person lives in Nova Scotia, Canada. We are really limited to civil litigation.

PS: I think cyber-harassment is a crime in the US. Is your Pain-In-The-Ass an American (most Pains-In-The-Asses are, and I include myself in that)? Maybe you could still get criminal charges filed…

I’m sorry you and your family are having to go through something like this. You nor your family deserve any of this. Even when we know they are trolls and arses, it does hurt when someone attacks you. As a parent, I’m outraged that they have involved your children.
