I did it. I didn’t use a computer for 24 hours. I didn’t do much while I was away from the computer. I spent a good portion of the day in bed while my daughter was at work and my son was out with a friend. Then I got up cleaned the house, took a bath, got hit in the head with a shower curtainĀ (don’t ask) and watched some movies in the evening with the kids and hubby. It was a quite day. Now I’m logging off the computer to watch “Behind Enemy Lines 2″ with the hubby. If you took part in Shutdown day what did you do?

Good for you! I was away from home for most of the day … but did log in when I got home last night.

We took a lovely drive to a small town here in Texas called Anderson. It’s a quaint little historic place. Here in Texas it’s spring time with Blue Bonnets and other spring flowers coming up. It was nice. In the evening, we cuddled together and watched a show.

Why?
We already know what the world was like without computers.

Well that’s great my friend and I tried to make it all day. I ended up using the computer some though. I got a half day in; next time I will do it.
