Wow is it friday already? Where has this week gone? I can’t believe how quickly this week seems to have gone by. Are you ready for another feast?
Appetizer: Where on your body do you have a scar, and what caused it?
I have three scars. I have a scar inside my belly button and one just above my pelvis from an ectopic tubal pregnancy. I have another scar on my left leg from a third degree burn that I received when the handle on a kettle broke off.
Soup: What is something that has happened to you that you would consider a miracle?
There have been many little and big miracles in my life. During the darkest times of my life, I’ve seen many miracles. Being alive is a miracle. When I look at the photo of my little daughter Katie, I wonder what if yet I see the miracle of life that was given to me for only a short time.
Children are surely beautiful miracles and I have been blessed to exsperience childbirth three times. My children, my husband are miracles that keep me living.
I sat at the hospital bedside caring for my terminally ill Mother until her death. Many times she was close to death yet she somehow manage to fight with every inch of her body and pull through. There were many miracles that happened in her hospital room. When I look back on my life I see so many miracles. How could I name just one? A miracle is simply God stepping into our life and doing his work.
Salad: Name a television personality who really gets on your nerves.
That would have to be Jerry Springer.
Main Course: What was a funny word you said as a child (such as “pasketti” for “spaghetti”)?
I don’t recall pronouncing any words funny, but when I was a child I use to call cucumbers icecubs.
Dessert: Fill in the blank: I have always thought ______ was ______.
I have always thought childbirth was beautiful.
If you liked this post, why not buy me a coffee?

Jerry Springer? I forgot about him, too! He is definitely a representation of everything wrong with this country if you ask me.

I didn’t even think of my three kids when I thought of miracles, however a lot of women’s blogs I read today have. It must be a man/woman thing.

I almost lost a best friend from an ectopic tubal pregnancy. The doctor said she was very lucky to be alive. I started to cry over your soup. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter at such an early age.
