When I look out my front window I just want to crawl under the covers of my warm bed. Continue reading and you’ll see why.

This photo was just taken at 4:20 pm Eastern time today. We were not getting much snow this winter and I just knew that it was too good to be true, because Mother Nature has hit us.
I’m glad that we did grocery shopping the other day.
The local forcast is calling for snow right up until Thursday. I thought that darn ground hog said we were going to have an early spring, well Mother Nature best get this out of her system. I’m eagerly anticipating spring.

We just got our first real snow last night! Today was the first time I’ve used the snow shovel and blower in the entire winter. It was actually fun to be out in the snow finally!

Sadly no snow here yet, but if the last few years are anything to go by then the lowlands will be getting all it’s snow arounf the middle of spring as usual. I can’t remember the last time we actually had snow in the winter here, although I’ve heard there has been some up in the hills.

I hate snow. I will admit it’s very pretty when it first falls. There is something about the beauty and quietness of a snowfall. That is what I love…for about 5 minutes, then I’m done with the who snow mess.
It is too cold to snow around here. brrr. Stay warm Rose, and have a wonderful Sunday, dear.

We had that last week. It was nice while it lasted, but also great to get rid of it!
The garfield pic is cute.

That is a scary sight. I’m living in the tropics and when we get about 15 degrees of temp, I start chillin and there is no way you can make me take a bath without hot water. That picture is just scary. I’d die if it was that cold here.

Ewww! Our winter was lovely until the last two weeks. It’s been very very cold … with a windchill. Less than 40 days ’til spring!
