Great choice for the theme!
I often have wild-hair-days.
Guess that’s just the way it goes for naturally curly headed gals! *S*
Thanks for dropping by.
Happy Weekend

And I thought the sixties were wild.

I’ve had a “do” like that before…. very wild… I always envied those whose hair fell in the lucious ringlets. Even a body wave put mine over the top curly.
Thanks for the visit.

Ouch… I had hair like that too – only blonde! It was my first perm…
And you know – I do NOT miss it at all!

How cute
– I never had that 80’s hair-style. But then again – it must have been just popular in the US…

Those are such great fun photos! A couple weeks ago I saw a movie on TV with hair like that and remembered how I wish (back then) I could get my thick thick hair to do those things!! Welcome to Photo Hunt!

You are very, very brave to post that photo — not that there’s anything wrong with it — its just soooo 80s LOL! And who am I to talk with my wild bed photo!!!
Wrote: Jan 21, 2007 at 3:37 am
Definitely wild!
I didn’t have big hair in the 80s but I certainly knew lots of people who did!
Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.

That’s awesome! My hair was just as big (and totally fried). Aussie Sprunch was by best friend. I don’t think I could get my hair that big now if I tried all day. It used to take my 2 hours. Did you have the sausage curl bangs in front too?

Thank god I’ve no photo’s from the 80’s.
Come on Rose, the one with the cat? Do you have any idea how hard it was for not to lower the tone

The eighties were so cool. You rock Rose.
I remember asking my daughter one night as she prepared to go out for the night wearing a hair style much like the one in your picture, what type of perfume she was wearing.
She answered with a grin, “it’s hairspray dad.”

Nice entry for this week’s theme. Funny, I also remember my 80’s hairstyle. I used to tease my bangs and keep it that way by using hair spray. LoL. Thanks for visiting.

Yes my photo is very 80’s Larry and thank you for saying that there was nothing wrong with it.
Bob thank you from refraining and not making a comment about my kitty cat.
Rach, I used a can of hair spray a week.
ChupieandJsmama , it use to take me about that long too.
Local girl I had the feather look in the early 80’s.
eph2810 , I’m Canadian.
Thank you to everyone else for dropping by and commenting.

And no, that does not mean that you will be seeing photos of me with my 80’s combination hair: Not only was it permed, it was frosted. Oi. When it fell in the sink every morning, I decided to cut it all off and start over with virgin hair. The look on my husband’s face when I came home practically buzzed was quite interesting.

Oh, you did have some wild hair! Great spin on the wild theme.
Wrote: Jan 21, 2007 at 10:46 pm
Jealous, I say. My hair was so fine it was not worth the trouble to get it that wild, I had to settle for a curly perm to get even close to wild.
Wrote: Jan 21, 2007 at 11:10 pm
Too funny! I remember having long, stick-straight hair in the days of big hair. My mother wouldn’t allow me to get a perm, so I used to hot roll it every morning just to give my hair a little body and then I did the chicken-wing bang thing. My bangs had more hairspray than hair. I wore a lot of makeup back then, too. Yuck!
Thanks for stopping by my blog for a visit!
