Neat, and useful information!
If you Google “EDog”, my page comes up 7th overall. Not too shabby!
Have a happy New Year, Rose!

Thank you Ian.
Seamus, ahh yes. I noticed that on my writing community. It is strange sometimes the terms a page can come up for, but it is even stranger what people are searching for.
David, now get top place for Mustang.
My pleasure Jane.

Hello Rose,
It certainly is true that you don’t need to submit your blog to Google to be listed on Google. I first published my blog on Feb 2nd and by Feb 14th, my blog had been indexed by Google. Google likely found my site by my posting on alt.www.webmaster on Feb. 4th, where I included a link to my blog at the bottom of the post. Prior to Feb 14th, this was my one and only place on the Internet where I added a link to my site. I cannot believe though how fast Google indexed and cached my blog!:-)

Hi Rose
That is very helpful. Especially understanding that blogs can take a full month before they are fully indexed. Patience, as they say …….
