My daughter has informed me that today is ‘National Chocolate Day’ giving her the perfect excuse to devour chocolate. She was sweet though, she brought two donuts filled with chocolate home for her father and me. Happy National Chocolate Day bloggers.

    For those who care, chocolate contains riboflavonoids which can help defeat free-radicals….hmmm…so does wine!! I am going to be soooooo healthy.

    EVERY DAY is chocolate day! isn’t it? I always thought it was. as my figure [or lack thereof] can attest.
