Whilst Booksmart looks like a good tool to have a book printed, I have had nothing but trouble with the software (repeated system lockups) and unfortunately Blurb's customer support have all but ignored my requests for assistance. For now, I have chosen NOT to recommend Booksmart. The blurb team need to sharpen up their act and rememeber that it is customers that make a product successful. At the moment they seem to not care about the end users.

That's interesting, to say the least. I would imagine sales and marketing would be a problem, too. But it'd be neat to have a hard cover book of one's work.
