The Fifth Annual Blogger Boobie-Thon for Breast Cancer

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The 5th annual Boobiethon launched today. It will run through 11:59 p.m. EDT on Saturday, October 7, 2006.

The yearly event which has raised over $26,000 since it’s launch in 2002 features bloggers both male and female showing their (covered and uncovered) breasts in order to raise money for charity. For more information about the event, please visit Boobiethon.

I’ll be submitting my photo to the Blogger Boobie-thon, but don’t bother asking what one is me because I’m not about to tell you.

Breast Cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in women today. Please show your support in raising Breast Cancer Awareness.

This cracks me up, that they call it a boobiethon! My friend Janet asked me to send in a photo. I support fundraising for breast cancer, but not enough to endanger my chances of running for office!
