Google has started testing an enhanced version of its popular Blogger blog publishing service according to Juan Carlos Perez of IDG News Service .
Some of the new features are tagging, friends-only posts, access to multiple levels of RSS feeds and templates designed which will be easier to use.
Caroline McCarthy / CNET News.com says, ” Only a limited number of existing Blogger users will be able to immediately download the beta version, however those who wish to try the new features out right away can create a new account at http://beta.blogger.com.”
The upgrade is an aim to bring Blogger closer to other blogging platforms like WordPress and [tag]LiveJournal.
Even with the upgrades, I still prefer Wordpress to Blogger.
