Blogger told to stop using ‘Bruce Lee’

According to a recent news article by Keith Walker, blogger Gregory Letiecq may have to change the name of his Web site from “Black Velvet Bruce Lee” to something else.
Gregory recently received a cease and desist letter from Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, the Los Angeles law firm that represents the estate of the late Bruce Lee. The law firm has given him nine days to make the changes.

i like bruce lee too, and this give me some inspiration to sell my name so maybe someday if i become star people can use my real name as their blog name. Nice article I think.

I wonder if ‘Black Velvet not-actually-Bruce Lee’ would be acceptable? Or can you not say ‘Bruce Lee’ at all? Am I in trouble here?
