Chris, Don sent me a screen capture of my latest content on another one of Pankaj Saini' website.

I emailed Pankaj Saini and his reply was " Damn sorry once more Rose. I completely forgot about the darned cron job. It’s removed now. I have removed all scraped content from all the sites I could find, but I do have a lot of them. In case I missed something, please let me know.
Regards, Pankaj Saini"

I too consider the matter serious. More serious is that Pankaj Saini is using sub domain names to lure children and teens to material that is obscene.

I think that there is more here to look at and I respect that you just want to move on. Hopefully your content will stay off Pankaj Saini" websites and he will prove to be sincere.

Don, thank you for imforming me. I'll continue to keep my eyes open to my content showing up on those sites.

Well, I believe at the very least he knows that he will lose money using these tactics. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he is sincere in his apology.

I was pretty harsh because I consider the matter serious. He responded that in my shoes he would have done the same thing and that as soon as he saw the content was from a missing child website he knew he deserved the backlash.

I'm moving on. As far as I'm concerned the incident is over.

I appreciate everything that you Rose, and you Don, have done on this. It goes to show that when bloggers stick together and look out for each other it is very powerful stuff.

I am happy to be associated with such great people. Thank you both.

The site is active as there is nothing illegal about the site. While like you, I don't agree with the content there isn't much we can do about that. When you search my name in Blogger search, it still returns Pankaj Saini websites.

I have emailed blogger and requested that they remove the pages from their search. However, I don't think they will.

When I clicked on the link the site is active so as the pictures started to display I closed the site. As long as it deletes from Google blog search, then it would mean someone would have to want to go there.

All the other searches seemed to have been deleted. I will check out the articles you mentioned.

Thanks
